• I develop a prototype to demonstrate feasiblity and take it through a number of iterations with potential users to maximize learnings.
• I work with your PM and the dev team to ship release 1.0.
• Alternatively, I will lead the effort to take the concept into production and hand it off when the new system has proven to be stable and reliable.
